Reseller Agreement : Phase5

As a final phase, Telesis A.S. and the Reseller Applicant may mutually sign a Reseller Agreement. Telesis A.S. prepares the agreement. The Reseller Agreement may describe in detail:

• Terms and conditions for orders like; 
• Payment Terms
• Delivery Terms
• Warranty Terms
• Responsibilities of the Reseller
• Responsibilities of Telesis A.S.
• Purchasing prices for the Reseller
• Validity of the agreement
• Extension terms of the agreement

etc. Duly signing the agreement makes the applicant as a new Telesis Reseller.
