WebPhoneTelesis WebPhone is a SIP client applet hosted in the Telesis IP PBX operating in our premises. The applet can be run from any Java enabled web browser. Since it is a standard Java applet, no software or no plugin is installed onto your computer. The applet is just loaded temporarily onto your browser. Be sure that Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6.0 has been installed in your computer, and microphone/headset connected. You may also read the next section to see some details about calling us through your web browser. Telesis WebPhone is compatible with all major web browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or Safari in Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems. How to Call us
The main page for the Telesis Webphone looks like below.
On this page, you may either click on `Listen Test Message` or `Click to call us directly` boxes. If you would click on to call directly, we will try to answer your call if it arrives us in our working hours (GMT+2, 9:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday). After a click on any of these buttons, Telesis WebPhone Java applet starts to load on to your browser.
Loading may take some seconds. When loading is complete, a warning page is displayed as shown below. Please select `Run` or mark first `Always trust content from this publisher` and then `Run`.
If call is succeeded, a popup window, showing the status of call, is displayed. See some examples below.
If call is not successful due to any reason like busy state, try again later. During the conversation × button on the popup window terminates the call. |
